VC ONE developed and implemented Jeep's exclusive architectural concept, strengthening its presence in the Brazilian market. A success story that consolidates excellence, consistency and innovation in the automotive sector.

Challenge
To develop a new concept for the Jeep brand worldwide with the Stellantis Global Designer. (Until then, there were no exclusive Jeep stores, only stores combined with other Stellantis Group brands.)
Concept
To enhance and optimize the point of sale, delight the customer on their purchasing journey, facilitate the work process, convey modernity and youthfulness, always connected to the striking design of the brand's portfolio.
Result
The concept was implemented exclusively in the first 200 Jeep dealerships in Brazil. The works were monitored in their entirety. Currently, almost 10 years later, we are developing more than 70% of the projects to update the dealerships to the new Jeep standard. More than 500 projects throughout the partnership.

VC ONE e Jeep: Parceria Estratégica na Construção da Identidade Arquitetônica da Marca no Brasil
The partnership between VC ONE and Jeep has become a milestone in the history of dealership design in Brazil — and a true success story in the automotive sector. The challenge began with a bold proposal: to develop, alongside Stellantis' global design team, a new architectural concept exclusively for the Jeep brand, which until then did not have its own points of sale and was sold in spaces shared with other brands in the group.
This transformation began with a clear idea: to give the brand an identity at the point of sale. It was necessary to create spaces that valued the Jeep essence — its adventurous, authentic spirit connected to freedom — while optimizing the commercial operation, delighting the customer at each stage of the purchasing journey.
The new concept was designed to convey modernity and youthfulness, without losing the robustness and off-road DNA that characterize the brand's portfolio. The architecture, furniture, finishes and even the lighting were designed to reflect this universe. More than just selling cars, the idea was to create an immersive, engaging and memorable experience.
VC ONE was responsible for developing and implementing this concept in the first 200 exclusive Jeep dealerships throughout Brazil — a pioneering move that helped consolidate the brand's image in the country and position it as one of the most sought-after in the national automotive market.
With a close and highly committed operating model, the VC ONE team followed all stages of the work, from the project to the final delivery, ensuring that each unit faithfully reflected the original concept, respecting the specificities of each location and optimizing resources.
Almost a decade after the beginning of this journey, the partnership remains solid and expanding. Today, VC ONE is responsible for more than 70% of the projects to update Jeep dealerships to the new global standard, consolidating its expertise and reaffirming its strategic relevance to the brand.
Throughout this trajectory, more than 500 projects have already been developed, building a history of trust, innovation and consistency. A project that began with a bold idea and became a reference model for automotive networks in Brazil — and a source of pride for VC ONE.
