Concept

A duality between sky and topography (dark floor with clear ceiling lines) creates an orderly space with upper and lower boundaries. In the center, a tension is suggested, creating the stage for the brand experience. The lighting of the black walls guides the visitor through an intuitive route through the space.

A Space that Reflects the Mercedes-Benz DNA

The project is based on a fundamental premise: to provide Mercedes-Benz customers with a sensory journey in keeping with the brand's promise of luxury and performance. To this end, VC ONE conceived a highly refined space, where design plays a leading role in building the experience.

The aesthetic proposal is organized around a conceptual duality between heaven and earth — reflected in the composition of a dark, firm and solid floor, contrasting with a ceiling of clear and ethereal lines. This subtle vertical tension creates an orderly, elegant and immersive environment, where each element has a symbolic and functional function. In the center of the space, this tension materializes as a stage, where vehicles and services are presented as true works of engineering.

The lighting was strategically designed: the backlit black walls lead the visitor along an intuitive route, suggesting an architectural narrative that accompanies and enhances each stage of the customer's journey. This sensory path is carefully choreographed, ensuring that the space clearly communicates Mercedes-Benz's values ​​of exclusivity and precision.

Strict Methodology and 360° Execution

The success of the partnership is based on a highly structured and collaborative process, which ensures standardization and excellence in all stages of the project. VC ONE is responsible not only for the architectural design, but also for the individualized assessment of each dealership's needs, management of the execution of the work, production and installation of all the elements that make up the new standard of ambiance.

With its own methodology and pre-established stages, monitoring is carried out comprehensively — from planning to delivery — ensuring that each unit in the Mercedes-Benz network receives a unique solution, but aligned with the same global standard of excellence.

Concrete Results and Recognition

To date, 60 projects have been delivered, with another 8 currently underway, all conducted with the same technical rigor and aesthetic commitment.
